Policies
The following policies are established to assure our clients have their designated schedule appointment times. During the day, GlaMaris Beauty Bar runs as closely to the scheduled service time. In return, we expect our clients to also do their best to arrive at their scheduled service time.
We understand that emergencies do come up and we are more than willing to waive a fee due to the event of sudden illness and/or emergency. If so, please reach out to us directly via phone call in the case of a short-notice cancellation.

All appointments booked online are required a credit card to hold the appointment slot.
Late Policy
Appointments for a wax that arrive 8 or more minutes past the scheduled appointment time is considered late because the service can not be completed within the time left in the scheduled appointment.
All other appointments that arrive 15 or more minutes past the scheduled appointment time is considered late because the service can not be completed within the time left in the scheduled appointment.
All late clients will have to reschedule on Vagaro for a new designated time slot. Please be reminded that we are busy and may not have openings for the same day appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours or more before the scheduled time of the appointment in order to avoid a cancellation fee.
Please cancel the appointment within Vagaro booking or let GlaMaris Beauty Bar know directly 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment.
Failure to cancel 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will result in an automatic 50% charge of the listed price of the scheduled service to the credit card on file.
Rescheduling Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled 24 hours or more before the scheduled time of the appointment.

However, rescheduling the appointment
within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in an automatic 25% charge of the listed price of the scheduled service to the credit card on file.
No Show Policy
This is rude. Please don’t be that person.
All no shows will be automatically charged 100% of the scheduled service price to the credit card on file.
Permanent Make Up Policy
There is a $100 deposit required for all Permanent Makeup appointments. The deposit will be put towards the appointment cost. All deposits will be made via Venmo @marissa-hamila or Cashapp $marissahamila at the time of the booking.
